Financial Aid
Financial aid is available to remove the cost barriers that may prevent you from
pursuing your educational goals. Assistance is available from a variety of programs
funded by federal, state, university, and private sources. These include grants,
scholarships, loans, and employment opportunities. Financial aid is frequently given
to single or married individuals with children and extended families.
Nursing students are eligible for any scholarships, grants, or loans available to
the general student body. Students interested in applying for assistance can call
University Financial Aid at 714-278-3125 – press 0 when the message begins for faster
service. You may also visit University Financial Aid located in UH-146.
Once enrolled, nursing students are encouraged to obtain a University Scholarship
Handbook available annually in December in the Office of the Dean at EC-324. Also,
please select the "Scholarship" link on the left for additional scholarship information.
