Students must submit application materials to both the University and the Department
of Nursing. Failure to do so will prevent the application from being processed.
Applications are accepted once per year for the Spring semester.

- Submit one copy of official transcripts from each institution attended
Application procedure for admission to the Department of Nursing
(to be turned in to EC-199):
- Complete a Department of Nursing application
- Complete Department of Nursing recommendation forms (2)
- Submit an unofficial copy of transcripts from each institution of higher education
attended
- Submit a copy of your California RN license
