ABOUT DEPARTMENT OF NURSING
Welcome to the Cal State Fullerton Department of Nursing Website.
We offer a completion program for RNs with an Associate Degree in Nursing leading
to a BSNdegree. We also have a Master of Science degree program. Our program are
designed to be flexible to accommodate working adult students and students with
families. Some courses are offered on-line.
On-campus classes are offered at a
variety of times during the day and late afternoon to fit a multitude of schedules.
Many students take their general education courses in the evening and nursing classes
during the day.
The Distance Education program offers
a blend of videoconference and on-line courses, which are offered one afternoon
or evening per week. Videoconference courses are held at sites such as selected
Kaiser Permanente Hospitals statewide, Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, St. Joseph's
Hospital in Orange, Children's Hospital in Los Angeles, Riverside Community College
in Riverside, and Anaheim Memorial Hospital in Anaheim.
