Placement Applications

Deadlines:

  • Fall semester applications open March 15th and are due April 1st
  • Spring semester applications open September 15th and are due October 1st
  • Summer semester applications open February 15th and are due March 1st

Pre-licensure Clinical Application

Pre-Licensure students will receive information to apply for upcoming semester clinical rotation placements from their Academic Advisor. Students will be notified of placement/s and facility specific requirements one week prior to upcoming semester registration dates as possible.

RN-BSN N402L Population Health Application

Students will receive information about eligibility for RN-BSN N402/L Population Health from their Academic Advisor.

Graduate Practicum/Preceptorship Application

Students will receive information about eligibility for the following Practicum/Preceptorship courses from their Academic Advisor: N514, N515, N516A, and N516B.

Women’s Health Care Practicum/Preceptorship Application

Students will receive information about eligibility for the following Practicum/Preceptorship courses from their Academic Advisor: N548L, N573A, N573B, N577A, N577B, N579A, N579B.
