Official Transcripts:
All official documents, e.g., transcripts from all previously attended institutions (including ADN program), AP/IB scores, foreign transcripts and evaluations, must be submitted to the Office of Admissions. Electronic transcripts are preferred. Paper transcripts can be mailed to:

Note: Applications can be withdrawn if all official documents are not received by the School of Nursing deadline. This deadline differs from the University transcript deadline. Please refer to the official document deadlines set below.
- Fall applicants should submit official documents by January 31.
- Spring applicants should submit official documents by September 15.
Please make sure that your transcripts are current. If you send a transcript that is missing grades or not up-to-date, you will be required to submit another updated transcript.
