New Grad Programs

The following are new grad nursing programs that can be found in OC. New Grad program positions are also listed as Clin Nurse I, and so any position you find with that position title is a New Grad position as well. New Grad programs are useful and worth looking into as they act as a bridge between nursing school and real-world practice which helps newly graduated nurses transition safely and confidently into professional roles.

Please note that these programs may require 1-2 years of commitment and may seek out RNs with 1 or less years of experience. Please ensure that you apply only to Orange County new grad programs/positions.
